Abstract

저자는 이상의 임상적,방사선학적 소견에 의하여 하악골에 발생한 중심성 혈관종으로 진
단된 구강저의 전방부에 일년 전부터 시작된 연조직괴의 증식을 주소로 조선대학교 부속치
과 병원에 내원한 33세의 성인 남자에게서 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다.
1. 환자는 주소 부위의 치은에서 자발적인 출혈을 호소하였다.
2. 환자의 주소 부위에서 맥동감을 감지할 수 있었으며,구강저 종창부위 점막이 연자색으
로 변색되어 발견되었으며, 서서히 성장하는 무통성 종창을 호소하였으며, 실험실 소견은 모
두 정상 범위에 해당 되었다.
3. 방사선학적 소견으로는 불규칙한 경계를 가진 하악골의 골주형태를 인정할 수 없는 다
수의 방사선 투과상으로 punched-out또는 honey-comb appearance를 나타내었으며, 우측
하악관이 확장된 소견을 보였으며, 혈관종의 환자에서 종종 발견되는 정맥석은 발견할 수
없었으며, 이환 치아의 치주인대강의 증가는 있었으나 치근 흡수나 치근의 이동은 나타나지
않았다.
4 .치료는 병소의 중심 부위에 경화제의 일종인 plaster를 혼합후 주입하여 혈관 공급을
폐쇄시킴으로써 양호한 결과를 얻었다.

Hemangioma is a common tumor characterized by the proliferation of blood vessels.
Some authorities believe that this lesion is not a true neoplasnt but rather a
developmental anomaly or harmatoma.
This lesion may be present at any age, but most cases are present at birth or arise
at an early age, and the central hemangioma of the jaw is uncommon. The usual
radiographic appearance of a hemangioma may have one or more of the following
characteristics: a soap-bubble or honey-comb effect with multiloculated cyst like lesions
having a fine fibrillar framework visible within them. The roots of teeth may or may
not show resorption.
The authors have experienced a case of hemangioma,that occured in anterior mouth
floor and Mn.symphysis area cured by means of surgical excision without dysfunction
and facial disfigurement
